The Guiding Collaborative set out to create a space where wellness isn’t about perfection or pressure—it’s about presence. They needed a brand that matched their values: grounded, intentional, and deeply human.
My role was to translate their mission into a visual identity that could live everywhere—from a studio wall to a social feed—while still feeling warm, welcoming, and consistent.

Challenge
The wellness market is noisy—crowded with trendy gradients, overly styled stock images, and “quick fix” messaging. The challenge was to design an identity that cut through the clutter by being calm. We needed to signal credibility and depth, while staying approachable to people looking for more than surface-level solutions.

The brand identity was designed to be calm, consistent, and human—every element rooted in the client’s mission of collective wellness. Each choice supported clarity and connection, not just aesthetics.
- Grounded design system: Elegant serif headlines paired with clean sans text for balance and readability.
- Warm, authentic palette: Earthy terracotta and soft neutrals anchored by restorative greens and plum accents.
- Practical brand toolkit: Ready-to-use guidelines, templates, and assets that allow the team to stay consistent without extra design support.

With this new system, The Guiding Collaborative now shows up consistently across every touchpoint. Their social posts feel cohesive, their print materials reflect their values, and their logo is instantly recognizable in any format. Most importantly, the brand communicates their promise: transformation doesn’t happen in isolation—it’s guided, supported, and shared.
