Desire Title Company came to me needing more than a logo—they wanted a full brand system that matched their reputation as New Orleans’ premiere title provider. From legal expertise to client transparency, their services were already exceptional. What they lacked was a cohesive identity and digital presence that reflected their credibility, professionalism, and strong community roots.
My task was to deliver a full setup—from logo design through website launch—that would position them as both approachable and authoritative in a competitive market.

The approach was to blend tradition and modernity, reflecting the culture of New Orleans while establishing Desire Title as a forward-thinking agency. We chose a palette anchored by Elm Green and Desert Mist with accents like Coral Pink and Quicksilver for warmth. Typography balanced professionalism with personality, pairing Poppins and Playfair Display with a luxurious script accent.

The challenge was creating a brand that balanced trust and warmth. Title companies must project authority in high-stakes real estate transactions, but Desire Title also wanted to emphasize their client-first, community-driven approach. The solution had to feel polished and reliable, but also approachable and distinctly local.
